Hi, thank you for checking out my site! I am an avid hiker, a book worm, a mom and an animal lover. I am married an amazing photographer, David Wallace, who shares my passion for photography and the outdoors. Click here to read our adventure blog.

I studied photography at the Rochester Institute of Technology in upstate New York. After graduating from college I worked for newspapers all over the country from Maine to Iowa. As a freelance photographer my work has been published in the New York Times, Newsweek Magazine, USA Today, Phoenix Magazine, The Washington Post as well as countless national and international publications.

Whether photographing an editorial assignment or a bride and groom I approach each subject with thought, care and passion.

Kristin and Heath’s The Farm at South Mountain wedding- Phoenix, Arizona

The Farm at South Mountain is one of my favorite places in Phoenix (best breakfast ever at the Morning Glory Café) so I was thrilled when Kristin and Heath asked me to photograph their wedding ceremony at the farm. I love all the big trees, ivy covered walls and flowers in bloom. It is hard to believe that the farm is so close to the rugged desert of South Mountain. Kristin and Heath did a fantastic job with the muted and subtle color palette for the bridesmaids’ dresses and flowers. I wish Kristin and Heath much love and happiness!

Josephine and Kai’s Phoenix Zoo wedding- Phoenix, Arizona

It was a perfect day at the Phoenix Zoo for Josephine and Kai’s wedding. Josephine and Kai were married at the Stone House Pavilion in a morning ceremony. Josephine looked radiant and Kai was handsome in his eggplant purple tie. My favorite part was a personal and heartfelt ceremony led officiant Jerry Law. After an intimate reception Kai, Josephine and I roamed the zoo to take more pictures. I love that Kai and Josephine chose to get married at the zoo because it is where they had their first date and ultimately where Kai proposed in the Monkey Village.

Working the Red Carpet

Saturday evening was Muhammad Ali’s Celebrity Fight Night a charity event that benefits the Muhammad Ali Parkinson Center at St. Joseph’s Barrow Neurological Institute as well as other charities. Stars included Tom Hanks, Rita Wilson, Billy Crystal, Kurt Warner, Miley Cyrus, Lionel Richie, and Tony Hawk to name just a few. I have heard covering the red carpet in LA can get pretty intense and aggressive- not my style- but, like most things in Arizona, it was fairly laid back. Tom Hanks even commented how calm and quiet it was as he started down the carpet. The man everyone was there to see of course was the legend himself Muhammad Ali. The night ended up raising an astounding $9.1 million.

James and Krystal’s Foothills Golf Club wedding- Phoenix, Arizona

Krystal and James were married on a blustery afternoon at Foothills Golf Club in Ahwatukee. The Foothills Golf Club recently got a cosmetic makeover including a sophisticated new bride’s room. Krystal was beautiful in a long flowing gown and a delicate veil and the bridesmaids hot pink dresses really popped with color. I wish Krystal and James and lifetime of happiness!

Miss Madeline- Phoenix, Arizona newborn photographer

I met little Miss Madeline, Britney and Shane’s lovely newborn daughter, on her 3 week birthday. Madeline could not have been more adorable and relaxed. Congratulations Britney and Shane, you are going to be such great parents!
