I met the adorable Miss Abbie when she was all of 9 days old. Abbie is just too cute with big pink cheeks and a round belly. She is also a pretty lucky girl to have such wonderful parents.

I met little Miss Madeline, Britney and Shane’s lovely newborn daughter, on her 3 week birthday. Madeline could not have been more adorable and relaxed. Congratulations Britney and Shane, you are going to be such great parents!

I absolutely love to see past wedding clients and it is even more fun when I get to see them with their growing families. Kelli and Jacob were blessed with a beautiful baby boy. Noah was born with a full head of dark hair and the cutest little feet!

This has been the most intense and wonderful week of my life. David and I welcomed our son Wyatt into the world the day after Thanksgiving. We chose to be surprised by the sex of the baby so when David handed me our child and told me I had a son words can’t describe the flood of emotions that washed over me. I wouldn’t want to find out the gender any other way.
I am running on virtually no sleep and pure adrenaline. Everyday David and I learn something new about ourselves and how to care for this beautiful baby. I am so thankful to have my mother here for reassurance, comfort and guidance. It is a surreal feeling to have in your arms the tiny life that was in my belly just one week ago.
As the child of two photographers Wyatt can expect to have an absurd number of photos taken of him in the years to come. We had our first official shoot when he was 5 days old. I just love him so much.
I had the pleasure of photographing Iris and Ben’s baby boy on his one month birthday! I brought my portable studio and a number of props to their house so that it was as convenient as possible for the family and the baby. The little guy was really curious about everything that was going on around him.
